The association's official guide also describes a special route for certified grade 7 graduates aged 18 or over. Confirm the 2026/27 season's eligibility, certification and issuance procedures with the association. Taking lessons does not guarantee a qualification.

ACCURATE TECHNIQUE, WARM TEACHING

Your child's first ski lesson:
check the instructor's qualifications.

We hope to be teachers they remember.

A child's first lesson deserves expertise.

Choose qualified instructors who explain safety and fundamentals and understand your child's stamina and perspective. We also discuss junior skill-level goals based on current ability.

We never rush a child who is still learning.

We explain at a child's level and give them time to overcome fear. Before speed, we teach safe standing, stopping and changing direction.

We want them to leave with skills and the confidence to say “I can do it”. We share practice points they can use after the lesson.

Instructor qualification documents

The supplied documents include KSIA Ski Level 1 and Level 2 certificates and teaching qualifications from the Korea Ski Resort Business Association. Please confirm your assigned instructor and their qualifications during consultation.
